2. Description of Service
USDT Payments provides a cryptocurrency payment gateway that allows merchants to accept USDT TRC20 payments through hosted payment pages, API integration and automatic webhook notifications.
We act as a technology provider only. We do not sell, provide, endorse or control the products, services or content offered by merchants using our platform.
3. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are solely responsible for their business activities, products, services, website content, customer relationships, refunds, compliance obligations and all actions performed through their account.
Merchants must ensure that their activities comply with all applicable laws, regulations and industry requirements in the jurisdictions where they operate.
Merchants are responsible for keeping API keys, API secrets, passwords and dashboard access secure. Any activity performed using valid merchant credentials may be treated as authorized activity.
4. Prohibited Activities
USDT Payments may only be used for lawful business activities. We do not support illegal activities, fraudulent schemes, scams, money laundering or any business that violates applicable laws or these Terms of Service.
Every merchant may be reviewed before or after activation. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend or terminate access to our services if, in our sole discretion, a project does not meet our legal, compliance or operational requirements.
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that their business activities, products and services comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where they operate.
5. Payments and Blockchain Transactions
Payments are processed on the TRON blockchain using USDT TRC20. Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible once confirmed.
Merchants are responsible for checking order details, payment statuses and customer fulfillment before providing goods or services to their customers.
Network delays, blockchain congestion, incorrect wallet transfers, wrong networks, exchange delays or user mistakes are outside our control.
6. API Usage
The API may only be used for legitimate business purposes. Merchants must not abuse, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer or attempt to interfere with the operation of our website, dashboard, payment pages or API infrastructure.
Merchants must not attempt to access unauthorized resources, bypass security mechanisms or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
We may apply rate limits, security checks, maintenance windows or API updates to protect the stability and security of the service.
7. Webhooks
Merchants are responsible for correctly validating and processing webhook notifications. We recommend verifying webhook signatures and storing payment status updates securely in your own system.
USDT Payments is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect webhook handling, disabled merchant endpoints, server errors, outdated integration code or insecure merchant systems.
8. Account Review, Suspension and Termination
We may review merchant accounts, websites, payment activity and integration behavior to protect the platform and comply with legal or operational requirements.
We reserve the right to refuse service, suspend access, freeze dashboard functionality or terminate an account if we believe a merchant violates these Terms, creates legal risk, creates operational risk or uses the service improperly.
9. Fees
Applicable fees, if any, may be displayed in the merchant dashboard, agreed separately or published on our website. We may update fees from time to time.
10. Availability
We aim to provide a stable and reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, third-party provider issues, blockchain network conditions or circumstances beyond our control.
Scheduled maintenance may be performed without prior notice when necessary to maintain the security or stability of the service.
11. Limitation of Liability
USDT Payments is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, customers, data, business opportunities or goodwill arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the fees paid by the merchant for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.
12. Merchant Content and Third-Party Services
Merchants are responsible for all content, products, services, claims and materials presented on their websites or platforms. USDT Payments does not control merchant websites and is not responsible for merchant content.
The service may rely on third-party blockchain infrastructure, wallet services, hosting providers or analytics tools. We are not responsible for failures, delays or errors caused by third-party services.
13. Intellectual Property
All software, code, design, documentation, trademarks, logos and other materials related to USDT Payments remain the property of USDT Payments unless otherwise stated.
Merchants may not copy, modify, resell, sublicense or misuse any part of the platform without prior written permission.
14. Privacy
We may collect and process information required to operate the service, secure accounts, process payments, maintain logs, prevent abuse and communicate with merchants.
Merchants are responsible for informing their own customers about how customer data is collected and processed on merchant websites.
15. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. The latest version will be published on this page. Continued use of USDT Payments after changes are posted means that you accept the updated Terms.
It is the merchant's responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
